How GenExa Handles Waitlist and Website Data

If you consent, GenExa uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand website traffic, scroll depth, and user interaction patterns. These tools help us improve the site and measure waitlist growth before the clinic opens. Analytics are optional and can be declined.

How Waitlist Data Is Stored

Waitlist submissions are processed through secure website infrastructure and stored in our hosting platform's server-side storage. Submission details may also be sent by email to info@genexawellness.com so our team can manage communications and launch planning.

Why We Use Your Information

We use your information only for waitlist management, clinic updates, launch communication, spam prevention, and website performance analysis. We do not sell your personal information.

Deletion Requests and Contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your waitlist information at any time by emailing info@genexawellness.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and remove your waitlist record unless we are required to keep it for legal or security reasons.
